Ingredients

  1. Check 1pint prepared creamed spinach
  2. Check 112-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
  3. Check 1cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar
  4. Check 2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  5. Check pita or tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, Cheddar, and lemon juice.
  3. Scrape the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish. Bake until lightly golden, about 15 minutes. Serve the dip with the chips.
