Ingredients
- 8 ounces orecchiette
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (1 ounce)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- kosher salt
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and return it to the pot.
- Toss with the Parmesan, butter, red pepper, and ½ teaspoon salt.
