- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground tumeric
- salt and pepper
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Combine cinnamon, cumin, and tumeric, and sprinkle mixture on chicken. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Heat grill until medium-hot. Grill the chicken until cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes per side, depending on the heat of the grill and the size of the breasts. Remove from heat and let cool.
