Heat oven to 450° F. On a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet, layer the chips, Cheddar, chorizo, and corn. Bake until the Cheddar is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Top with the jalapeños.

  2. Check 2 cups grated Cheddar
  3. Check 3 ounces cured chorizo, chopped
  4. Check 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  5. Check 1/2 cup pickled jalapeño slices
