- half a 12- to 14-ounce bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups grated Cheddar
- 3 ounces cured chorizo, chopped
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeño slices
- Heat oven to 450° F. On a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet, layer the chips, Cheddar, chorizo, and corn. Bake until the Cheddar is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Top with the jalapeños.
