In a small saucepan, combine the tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, allspice, cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

  2. Check 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  3. Check 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  4. Check pinch of allspice
  5. Check pinch of cinnamon
  6. Check kosher salt and black pepper
