- 4 cups rye or whiskey
- 3 tablespoons bitters (such as angostura)
- 3 750-milliliter bottles sparkling apple cider, chilled
- 1 apple, very thinly sliced
- In a large punch bowl, combine the rye and bitters; chill for up to 12 hours. Just before serving, add the sparkling apple cider and apple slices.
