- 8 ounces snow peas, sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (preferably black)
- kosher salt and black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, toss the snow peas and onion with the oil, vinegar, sesame seeds, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
