Ingredients

  1. Check 8ounces snow peas, sliced lengthwise
  2. Check 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  3. Check 2teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  4. Check 2teaspoons rice vinegar
  5. Check 1teaspoon sesame seeds (preferably black)
  6. Check kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the snow peas and onion with the oil, vinegar, sesame seeds, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
