snow peas, sliced lengthwise

red onion, thinly sliced

teaspoons
toasted sesame oil

teaspoons
rice vinegar

teaspoon
sesame seeds (preferably black)
kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the snow peas and onion with the oil, vinegar, sesame seeds, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
