mayonnaise

paprika
country bread

smoked turkey (thinly sliced)

roasted red peppers (sliced)

manchego cheese (sliced)

spinach

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and paprika.
  2. Spread on 4 slices country bread and form 2 sandwiches with the bread, smoked turkey, roasted red peppers, manchego cheese, and  spinach.
