Sliced Oranges and Pears With Mint Sugar

Ingredients
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
- 2 pears, cored and cut into thin wedges
- 2 tablespoons mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
- Arrange the fruit on 4 dessert plates. Mince the mint leaves until very fine and mix with the sugar. Sprinkle over the fruit and serve.
