Ingredients

  1. Check 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  2. Check 2 pears, cored and cut into thin wedges
  3. Check 2tablespoons mint leaves
  4. Check 2tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Arrange the fruit on 4 dessert plates. Mince the mint leaves until very fine and mix with the sugar. Sprinkle over the fruit and serve.
