Ingredients

oranges, peeled and sliced
2
pears, cored and cut into thin wedges
2
tablespoons
mint leaves
2
tablespoons
sugar

Directions

  1. Arrange the fruit on 4 dessert plates. Mince the mint leaves until very fine and mix with the sugar. Sprinkle over the fruit and serve.
