Ingredients

Dijon mustard

red wine vinegar

olive oil

shallot, finely chopped
kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar, oil, shallot, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Whisk until well combined.
