Simple Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients

kosher salt and pepper

large bunch
broccoli rabe
1
tablespoon
olive oil

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon salt. 
  2. Add the broccoli rabe and cook until tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain, squeezing to remove any excess water.
  3. Transfer to plates, drizzle with the oil, and season with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
