Sesame-Soy Broccolini

Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccolini
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
Directions
- Steam the broccolini until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, and red pepper, if using. Drizzle over the broccolini.
