Ingredients

bunches broccolini

tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoons
rice vinegar
2
teaspoons
sesame oil
1
teaspoon
sugar
1
clove garlic, chopped
1/4
teaspoon
crushed red pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Steam the broccolini until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, and red pepper, if using. Drizzle over the broccolini.
