Ingredients

  1. Check 2 bunches broccolini
  2. Check 2tablespoons soy sauce
  3. Check 2tablespoons rice vinegar
  4. Check 2teaspoons sesame oil
  5. Check 1teaspoon sugar
  6. Check 1 clove garlic, chopped
  7. Check 1/4teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Steam the broccolini until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, and red pepper, if using. Drizzle over the broccolini.
