Ingredients

  1. Check 1 takeout order cold sesame noodles
  2. Check 2tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  3. Check 1 small cucumber
  4. Check 1/2 small Asian pear
  5. Check 1/2teaspoon chopped peanuts

Directions

  1. Toss sesame noodles with cilantro, then place a coil of noodles on each of 4 salad plates. 
  2. Peel, seed, and cube the cucumber and core and cube the Asian pear (if you can't find Asian pears, any pear will do―choose a firm variety, such as Bosc). Sprinkle each plate with some cucumber, pear, and chopped peanuts.
