  1. Check 6ounces soba noodles
  2. Check 4 scallions, sliced
  3. Check 2tablespoons toasted-sesame oil
  4. Check 1tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  5. Check 2teaspoons fresh lime juice
  6. Check kosher salt


  1. Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
