- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- kosher salt
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the sesame seeds, thyme, zest, and ½ teaspoon salt. Just before cooking, sprinkle your protein with the rub, pressing gently to help it adhere.
