Ingredients

sesame seeds

teaspoon
dried thyme
1
teaspoon
finely grated lemon zest
kosher salt

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the sesame seeds, thyme, zest, and ½ teaspoon salt. Just before cooking, sprinkle your protein with the rub, pressing gently to help it adhere.
