Sautéed Spinach and Basil

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 10-ounce package spinach (about 16 cups; thick stems removed), 2 cups fresh basil leaves, and ¼ teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper and cook, tossing, until just wilted, 2 to 3 minutes.
