Ingredients

bell pepper, seeded and cut intro strips

small onion, thinly sliced

tablespoon
unsalted butter

olive oil

kosher salt

Directions

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, onion and salt. Cook until soft and golden, 7 to 8 minutes.
