Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2 5-ounce bags (8 cups) spinach leaves, trimmed and washed
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and spinach. Reduce heat to low and cook until wilted, about 1 to 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
