- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons dulce de leche
- 1 graham cracker, crumbled
- 1/3 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
- coarse salt (such as Maldon), for serving
- Whip ½ cup of the cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, combine the dulce de leche and the remaining 1 tablespoon of cream.
- Spoon the cream into 4 serving glasses, dividing evenly. Top with the thinned dulce de leche, graham cracker, pumpkin seeds, and a sprinkle of salt.
