Ingredients
- 2 yellow or orange tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 small white onion, minced
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash cayenne pepper
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Toss to combine.
- Spoon into a serving dish and set aside for 15 minutes to blend flavors.
