Ingredients

  1. Check 2 yellow or orange tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  2. Check 1 small white onion, minced
  3. Check juice of 1 lime
  4. Check 2tablespoons tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  5. Check 1/2teaspoon salt
  6. Check dash cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Toss to combine.
  2. Spoon into a serving dish and set aside for 15 minutes to blend flavors.
