Ingredients

yellow or orange tomatoes, coarsely chopped

small white onion, minced
juice of 1 lime

tablespoons
tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2
teaspoon
salt
dash
cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Toss to combine.
  2. Spoon into a serving dish and set aside for 15 minutes to blend flavors.
