Ingredients
- 2 cups flaked salmon (poached or canned)
- 1 cup thawed frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- juice of one lime
- kosher salt and black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl combine the salmon, peas, dill, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve on toast or on top of salad greens.
