Ingredients

  1. Check 2cups flaked salmon (poached or canned)
  2. Check 1cup thawed frozen peas
  3. Check 1/2cup chopped fresh dill
  4. Check 1/2cup mayonnaise
  5. Check juice of one lime
  6. Check kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine the salmon, peas, dill, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve on toast or on top of salad greens.
