In a large bowl combine the salmon, peas, dill, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve on toast or on top of salad greens. 

Ingredients

  1. Check 2 cups flaked salmon (poached or canned)
  2. Check 1 cup thawed frozen peas
  3. Check 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  4. Check 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  5. Check juice of one lime
  6. Check kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine the salmon, peas, dill, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve on toast or on top of salad greens.
