Ingredients

flaked salmon (poached or canned)

thawed frozen peas
1/2
cup
chopped fresh dill
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
juice of one lime
kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine the salmon, peas, dill, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve on toast or on top of salad greens.
