Salami and Roasted Red Pepper Wraps

In a large bowl, toss the lettuce and roasted red peppers with the oil and vinegar; season with salt and pepper.Dividing evenly, spread the tortillas with the cream cheese, top with the salami and the lettuce mixture, and roll up. Serve with the potato chips.

Ingredients

  1. Check 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  2. Check 1 cup sliced roasted red peppers
  3. Check 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. Check 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  5. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  6. Check 4 10-inch whole-wheat tortillas
  7. Check 4 ounces cream cheese
  8. Check 8 ounces sliced salami
  9. Check potato chips, for serving
