Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons cornichons, chopped
  • 1/4 baguette, split and toasted
  • 2 ounces salami or dry sausage, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Mix together the butter and cornichons. Dividing evenly, top the 2 baguette pieces with the butter mixture and salami.
