Ingredients

  1. Check 3ounces rustic white bread (about 3 thick slices), tom into 24 1-inch pieces
  2. Check 1 large clove garlic, minced (about 2 teaspoons)
  3. Check 1tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage (about 6 large leaves)
  4. Check 3tablespoons olive oil
  5. Check 1/2teaspoon salt
  6. Check 2tablespoons finely grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Toss all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl to coat. Spread the bread evenly on a baking sheet and toast in oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
