Ingredients
- 2 pounds seedless red grapes
- 8 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 8 small Italian sausage links (about 1 1/2 pounds total)
Directions
- Heat oven to 400º F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the grapes, thyme, olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- Nestle the sausage among the grapes and roast, tossing occasionally, until the sausage is cooked, 20 to 25 minutes.
