Ingredients

  1. Check 2pounds seedless red grapes
  2. Check 8 sprigs fresh thyme
  3. Check 1tablespoon olive oil
  4. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  5. Check 8 small Italian sausage links (about 1 1/2 pounds total)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400º F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the grapes, thyme, olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  2. Nestle the sausage among the grapes and roast, tossing occasionally, until the sausage is cooked, 20 to 25 minutes.
