Ingredients

  1. Check pounds radishes, halved
  2. Check 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. Check 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  4. Check ½ teaspoon black pepper
  5. Check 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  6. Check 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  7. Check 2 tablespoons chopped roasted, salted pistachios

Directions
