How to Make It

Step 1

Heat oven to 450° F. Toss together the pineapple, sugar, oil, and cinnamon on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature over rice pudding, ice cream, or pound cake, topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
