Roasted Broccoli

Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

1/2
bunch broccoli (1/2 pound), cut into small pieces (about 3 cups)

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoon
water
1/4
teaspoon
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 500º F.
  2. Toss the broccoli with the oil and water in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Roast 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned.
  4. Remove from oven and toss with the salt and a few grinds of pepper.
