  • 1 ciabatta roll
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced roast beef
  • 4 pickled sweet red cherry peppers, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • leaf romaine lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Top the bottom half of the roll with the roast beef, peppers, capers, and lettuce.
  2. Drizzle with the oil and sandwich with the top half of the roll.
