ounces thinly sliced roast beef, torn into pieces

horseradish sauce
kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the waffle fries according to the package directions.
  2. Dividing evenly, top the fries with the roast beef, horseradish sauce, and ⅛ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
