Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices challah bread
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 ounce sliced Gouda
  • 1/4 apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup watercress

Directions

  1. Spread the mustard on the bread and form sandwiches with the roast beef, Gouda, apple, and watercress.
