Ingredients

  1. Check 2 6-ounce cans of tuna packed in water (drained)
  2. Check 1tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  3. Check 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  4. Check 1/4cup kalamata olives, roughly chopped
  5. Check black pepper
  6. Check 8 slices sandwich bread

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, oil, onion, olives, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  2. Form sandwiches with the bread.
