6-ounce cans of tuna packed in water (drained)

extra-virgin olive oil

small red onion, thinly sliced

kalamata olives, roughly chopped
black pepper

slices sandwich bread

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, oil, onion, olives, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  2. Form sandwiches with the bread.
