Real Simple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil

tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoon
honey
1
tablespoon
coarse-grain dry mustard
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
2
garlic cloves, peeled and halved

Directions

  1. In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously. 
  2. Leave the garlic in the dressing until ready to use, then remove and discard it.
