  1. Place the raspberries and sugar in a small sauce-pan over medium heat. Cook until the raspberries are soft and release their juices, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Puree in a food processor or blender. Strain through a fine sieve. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container until ready to serve.
