- 1/2 cup fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- cut-up pears, for serving (optional)
Directions
- In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with the sugar. Stir in the yogurt. Serve with pears, if desired.
