Ingredients

fresh or thawed frozen raspberries

sugar

plain low-fat Greek yogurt
cut-up pears, for serving (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with the sugar. Stir in the yogurt. Serve with pears, if desired.
