Ingredients

  1. Check 1/2pound small radishes, scrubbed and trimmed
  2. Check 6tablespoons European or European-style butter, at room temperature
  3. Check about 1 tablespoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place the radishes in a small serving dish. Serve the butter and a small dish of salt on the side. Direct guests to spread a radish with some butter and sprinkle it with a little salt.
