Ingredients

  • 8 ounces liverwurst
  • 5 teaspoons port
  • 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • sliced baguette or crackers

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the liverwurst, port, parsley, and nutmeg. Puree until smooth and creamy. Serve with a sliced baguette or crackers.
