Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Baste the meat, chicken, or seafood with the sauce during the last 10 minutes of grilling.
