Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Baste the meat, chicken, or seafood with the sauce during the last 10 minutes of grilling.
