Make the hard-boiled eggs.Lay the com tortillas on a cookie sheet. Place in a 325º F oven for 10 minutes.Remove from oven and top 2 of the tortillas with the Monterey Jack cheese and the sliced hard-cooked eggs. Top with the other tortillas.Bake until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and decorate with spoonfuls of salsa.

  1. Check 4 6-inch corn tortillas
  2. Check 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  3. Check 3 hard-boiled eggs
  4. Check 1/4 cup salsa

Directions
