Place the pumpkin puree, oats, cinnamon, milk, ice, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.

  2. Check ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  3. Check 1 cup cubed roasted apple, skin removed (from 6 apples)
  4. Check pinch ground cinnamon
  5. Check cups whole milk
  6. Check 1 cup crushed ice
  7. Check 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  8. Check granola, for serving

Directions

  1. Place the pumpkin puree, oats, cinnamon, milk, ice, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
