Place the coconut water, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, ginger, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.

  2. Check 1 cup coconut milk
  3. Check cup pumpkin puree
  4. Check 1 1-inch knob of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  5. Check 1 cup crushed ice
  6. Check toasted coconut flakes, for serving

Directions

  1. Place the coconut water, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, ginger, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. To serve, garnish with the coconut flakes.
