Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients

thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise

raw peeled and deveined large shrimp

tablespoons
maple syrup

Directions

  1. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each shrimp and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with the syrup.
  2. Roast at 425º F until the shrimp are opaque throughout, 10 to 12 minutes.
