Ingredients

  1. Check 6 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
  2. Check 12 raw peeled and deveined large shrimp
  3. Check 2tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each shrimp and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with the syrup.
  2. Roast at 425º F until the shrimp are opaque throughout, 10 to 12 minutes.
